Forest time for slowing down – Feeling the forest again
Feeling the forest is something we often do too little of or have even forgotten in modern times. Scientific research refers to this healing power that draws our souls to nature simply as biophilia – the love of life.
With this joint forest walk, we create a space where we can consciously and mindfully reconnect with our own vibration in the rhythm of nature. In play with the earth, in full presence and connection, we heal what everyday life has lost in us.
After the hike, we will cozy up in a hut and talk about our experiences and what is currently moving us. A space for genuine encounter.
These forest walks are for everyone who yearns for genuine contact with nature and themselves – without rush, without distraction, without a phone.
We will walk together for about two hours at a leisurely pace, without words, in the rhythm of nature. Depending on the impulse, we will integrate breathing exercises or special sensory times – we will experience the forest with all our senses. After the walk, we will relax and share our experiences in a small, familiar group.
